Obligations and Service to ORM Customers
OrderRealMail Obligations
OrderRealMail will make all reasonable efforts to keep the goods and services offered up to date and available to its customers.
OrderRealMail will supply goods and services as advertised and where reasonably possible upon full payment by the customer.
OrderRealMail will keep all reasonable records of payments received, postage dates and times in order to refer to historical orders.
OrderRealMail will make all reasonable attempts to supply the goods and services requested.
OrderRealMail will contact customers to offer an alternative item should the item of choice be unavailable.
OrderRealMail reserves the right to substitute goods and services to an equal or greater value should the initial order be unavailable.
Personal information and other data we collect
OrderRealMail collects personal information when you make an order or when you voluntarily provide such information.
OrderRealMail does not automatically record information when you visit our website.
Privacy and Protection of your details
OrderRealMail may use personal information to provide the services you've requested.
OrderRealMail may also use personal information for the purpose of advising you of special offers or advising of promotional events.
OrderRealMail will take all reasonable steps to protect any personal information you supply and will comply with New Zealands Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
OrderRealMail will not share your personal information with third parties unless those third parties require our compliance in regard to legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our website and services.
Summary
OrderRealMail will make every reasonable effort to provide the services requested, but in the event of your stationery choice being unavailable ORM retains the right to substitute an alternative of equal value and type. In such an event ORM will make all reasonable efforts to notify the customer of any change to their expected order.
OrderRealMail will make good faith efforts to provide customers with access to any personal information held in our files upon request and to amend such data if it is inaccurate. A customer may request deletion of their details from our files, if reasonably possible.
Limitations
OrderRealMail will make every reasonable effort to ensure mail is posted on a specific date if a date is in fact specified by the customer. If this date falls on a public holiday or there is some other restricting access to postal facilities ORM retains the right to post the mail on the next available day.
OrderRealMail will make every reasonable effort to post all orders within 72 hours of receiving full payment.
OrderRealMail does not accept responsibility for the postal services, of any country, and all mail is posted in good faith.
OrderRealMail has no control over third party postal services and therefore cannot guarantee delivery of mail.
In the event of non-delivery of the mail item, OrderRealMail will provide the date and time of posting to customers in order that they may make a claim with the appropriate postal service, if that service is available.
OrderRealMail takes no responsibility and is not obliged to assist customers where post has failed to reach its destination. However, assistance in good faith and supplying postal details will be provided where possible.
Restrictions
OrderRealMail will not accept orders which:
- Defame or slander any person or groups of people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, or other factors
- Defame or slander any person or groups of people protected from defamation or slander by applicable law (such as the protection afforded to the royal family in some jurisdictions)
- Encourage or incite violent acts
- Promote intolerance or hatred
- Promote or support membership in terrorist groups or other organizations prohibited by law
- Contravene public morality
We retain the right to decline an order for any reason if we can reasonably determine that order to be offensive or potentially upsetting to another.
